It has been many years since I have been to Las Vegas. Surprisingly so since l am merely 45 minutes away by plane. In my younger years, I have been so many times that I have not felt the need to visit. My sister’s birthday bash finally brought me back to this twinkling city. Lucky for me, she chose Cosmopolitan as our hotel. Cosmopolitan Las Vegas is truly breathtaking, with its sexy and sophisticated vibe. The interior designer of this place was on point, and you can easily tell that no money was spared to create this luxurious place. Cosmopolitan Las Vegas is stunning, a sight to behold in every corner, like their most massive crystal chandelier to fabric lighting fixtures.
Cosmopolitan Las Vegas
What I love about Cosmopolitan Las Vegas is the number of entertainment and dining within this hotel. There were a number of trendy restaurants in this hotel. On our weekend stay here, we tried EggSlut, The Henry, China Poblano, Rose. Rabbit. Lie, and Milk Bar. Of all these, the only restaurant I did not like was China Poblano. We also had a VIP table at the Marquee and it was fun. No longer in the clubbing stage, I prefer a good lounge or a good restaurant any time, however, Marquee was pretty fun for a club. It also helped that we had a VIP table and a security guard specifically assigned to us. Yes, he will escort you to the private bathrooms as well, with a flashlight leading your way. Definitely a VIP experience. We also had treatments at the Sahra Spa and Hammam, and it is by far one of the better spas I have been to.
What I did not like about the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas were very little. As a gaming casino, there are cigarettes here and there, and I am not a smoker, so the smell was not to my liking. As a trendy and beautiful hotel, it was also crowded and busy. Maybe due to my age, but I now prefer luxury and privacy combined. Cosmopolitan is luxurious but definitely not private.
Overall, our weekend stay at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas was exciting and memorable. It is such a beautiful hotel that if you have never been, it is definitely worth a stop or a stay.
