It’s no secret that I love chia pudding. When I want a guilt free, chocolate dessert, filled with omega 3’s, fiber and protein, I go for my yummy. chocolate chia pudding recipe. This delicious chocolate chia pudding recipe is extremely easy to make.
Mix 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 1/2 cup of coconut milk drink or hemp milk and refrigerate for about an hour until the seeds soak in all the liquid. I like to take about 2 teaspoon of boiling water and 1 teaspoon of good quality cocoa powder, mixing the two well. Add a dash of salt and stir this into your prepared chia pudding.
You can add agave syrup or sugar based on preference (I add about 2 teaspoon), a sprinkle of crushed dark chocolate chips, some whipped cream, and you have this amazingly delicious and healthy treat.
