GOTZ Bad Ischl Oxygen Facial Tonic Review

by Lesley Kim

Hi everyone, I started using the GOTZ Bad Ischl Oxygen Facial Tonic a week ago and I must say I am really liking the results I’m getting. If you are familiar with my blog, I like to use mostly natural skincare products because less chemicals are always best. We are often bombarded with harsh chemicals in our environment whether we we like it or not. So on things that I can control (like skin care), I use organic if possible or all natural. This oxygen facial tonics by GOTZ has all natural ingredients like sage flower, echinacea extract, calendula and eucalyptus.  It is all natural, paraben free, and cruelty.

The GOTZ Bad Ischl Oxygen Facial Tonic was given to me, free of charge, to review. It is being sold on Amazon for $35 for 2 fluid oz.  You can spray it on a cotton ball and apply to cleansed skin or you can spray it directly onto your skin. I prefer to spray directly onto my face right after cleansing, followed by my favorite moisturizer. I found this to be the most effective way of application, as the GOTZ Bad Ischl Oxygen Facial Tonic creates a moist environment for my moisturizer to fully soak in. The directions say that the most effective way for the tonic is to soak a cotton ball and leave directly on the face.  I tried this method and I thought it did work very well, but require some time.

I don’t know if it is the combination of moisturizer and tonic that is creating a more glowing complexion, but I am noticing a positive change in my skin. The GOTZ Bad Ischl Oxygen Facial Tonic does have an herbal scent to it, similar to black tea or an herbal tea. To me, this just emphasizes this product is all natural without any added scent or chemicals.  Throughout the day, I would also spray a few spritz unto my clean skin just for added moisturizing benefits. The description states this tonic is helpful for breakouts, and my skin generally does not break out, but this tonic has created a smoother, more glowing appearance.

Pink and Denim

by Lesley Kim

Hi everyone!  It’s starting to feel like Fall here in SoCal.  I am loving the change in weather. In the past few weeks, it’s been scorching here in the Valley, the temps reaching 100 degrees, and it was brutal. Now, it’s starting to feel like the beautiful weather I fell in love with when I first move to California. (I can’t believe its been over 10 years.  Does that mean I can say I am a Cali girl now? =)). Today was actually about 75 degrees, which was amazingly perfect.  I can wear some denim and not necessarily have to bundle up.  For my ootd, I am wearing a hot pink top I purchased from Nordstrom Rack, sunnies by BP by Nordstrom, old earrings, denim jeans from Tillys, and Ivanka Trump shoes.  What is the weather like right now where you live?

Summer Shorts

by Lesley Kim

Hi everyone!    I can’t believe summer is almost over.  I am slightly sad and excited at the same time.  I love Fall and all the Fall weather accessories and fashion that comes with that season, but summer is also fun and exciting.  In Los Angeles, it is somewhat summer all year, so there really shouldn’t be too much of a change for me. Except of course, the afternoons and evenings are much cooler than in the summer. For my summer shorts ootd, I am wearing my current fave distressed denim shorts from Abercrombie & Fitch, tank top by Rubbish from Nordstrom Rack, crochet top from Aeropostale, gladiator sandals from Nordstrom Rack and Urban Expression bag. I hope you have an amazing day, and enjoy the rest of your summer!!

SammyDress Review

 by Lesley Kim

Hi everyone! I was lucky enough to be contacted by SammyDress to review a few of their products.  I received 4 items from this adorable online boutique literally within 3-4 days of placing my order.  My favorite items from this order is this beautiful hand embroidered dress, which you can see below.  I am naturally petite and the XS was the perfect size for my frame.

Another dress I received from SammyDress is this gorgeous, hot pink lace dress, which I plan on wearing on a night out with the girls.  This dress is the perfect size for me, and it is an eye catching fit and color.

This white top with cutout details is probably the item I will be wearing the most.  I posted on my Instagram that I am obsessed with white tops and denim shorts, showcasing this pretty top.  Check out my Instagram and my last blog post to see more photos of this super cute top =).

_MG_5488_MG_5555Last but not least, I received an adorable white bathing suit, which I plan on wearing soon. If you love affordable, trendy clothes, you should check out SammyDress. I have to say I am very happy with the pieces I received, and they will probably be making more appearances on the blog.
